How it works

Four steps. Only one of them is yours.

  1. The call ends

Smartoffer joins Zoom, Meet or Teams as a quiet notetaker — or drop in a recording afterwards. It hears quantities, deadlines, objections and who said them.

  2. A draft appears

Scope, timeline and pricing are written from the transcript, your CRM fields and the templates your team already approved. Nothing is invented; everything is cited.

  3. You review your part

Accept or reject each suggestion, adjust a price, swap a case study. Guardrails stop discounts and terms that would need Finance from slipping through.

  4. It's in their inbox

Buyers get a clean link — no login, no PDF wrangling. They can comment, choose an option and sign on whatever device is closest.

Pricing tables

Pricing that checks its own math.

Your catalog, volume tiers and discount policy live inside Smartoffer, so every table it drafts is priced the way Finance would price it — not the way a rep remembers it.

  • Volume tiers apply themselves as quantities change
  • Multi-year ramps, one-time fees and optional add-ons
  • Anything outside policy is routed for approval in Slack
  • Multi-currency with tax by buyer region

Try it — move the controls.

Citations

Every number has a source.

Smartoffer never makes up a figure. Each sentence it writes links back to the moment in the call, the CRM field or the approved template it came from. Hover a footnote to see it; click it to hear the clip.

That's also how your legal team learns to trust it: clauses only ever come from the library they maintain.

Halden currently operates 186 vehicles1, rising to 220 by March1. The recurring investment of $4,600 per month2 is fixed for the 24-month term3, and data is retained under the standard security appendix4.

Customer story · Brightwater Systems

“We used to lose a full day between ‘send me something’ and actually sending something. Now the proposal lands while the buyer still remembers the call.”

Brightwater's 26 account executives sell water-metering software to municipal utilities — long cycles, procurement-heavy, lots of options per deal. They moved every proposal into Smartoffer in March.

Questions

Before you ask.

Does Smartoffer need to join my calls?

No. It can join as a notetaker, but you can also upload a recording, paste a transcript or start from the CRM deal alone. The fewer sources it has, the more it will ask you to confirm.

What happens if the AI gets a number wrong?

Every figure is cited, so wrong numbers are easy to spot — and pricing is calculated by your rules, not generated. Drafts are never sent without a person reviewing them.

Can we keep using our own proposal design?

Yes. Upload two or three past proposals and Smartoffer builds templates from them: your fonts, cover, section order and boilerplate. Most teams are set up in an afternoon.

Is the e-signature legally binding?

Yes, under ESIGN and UETA in the US and eIDAS in the EU, with an audit certificate attached to every signed document. Qualified signatures are available on Business and Enterprise.

How long does setup take?

Connecting a CRM takes minutes. Importing your catalog and discount policy usually takes a day with our onboarding team, included on every paid plan.

Try it on your last call.

Paste a transcript or a CRM deal link. We'll send back a draft proposal with your logo on it — usually before you've refilled your coffee.
